Took the picture then turned the camera upside down and took the same picture again before winding it on. Ace. Learnt alot from my first spool. Although still managed to wind past 1 with this one…doh
Well this weekend seen me down in London on a monopoly pub crawl. The jist: 26 pubs in 12 hours, tough work. The Reason: My brothers local barman is off travelling (I’m not a fan of football but apparently he looks like michael ballack) so needed a sendoff. I joined the crawl 12 pubs in (poor show I know) was great fun though. Not possible to do full pints in all the pubs, they’re well spread. Mostly buses and tubes. Was a great way to see London…I’m a big fan of things that are organised with the intent of getting lost. So now i’ve got the bug and am organising a glasgow subcrawl…who’s in?
Another quality hangover although this was a new one. This weekends hangover is brought to you by the south of Glasgow. The shed to be precise…good night out, good dancing. It was indeed a proper cheesy disco. But the time and place was right. And also for some bizarre reason most of Stonehaven was there. Hilarious. Macca joked it was like a big vennel…he was not wrong. Went shopping with Macca today this was the outcome…just filth…pure filth. I’m actually slightly embarassed…

Recent banter: can you shave a bee?
Last night my fellow work mate feli persuaded me to go see ladytron. Usual run of practice, out for pints and “go on, you know you want to” I don’t need much convincing. Seen them a few times before…but they were always just supporting. Had a wee listen to the new album and had to go really (It’s called Velocifero…go have a listen). I didn’t take my camera so had to settle for this off their new album. Like this track it’s a bit dr who…esque and hey the video has fit women with wolves…winner. The support was pretty bad…I can’t even remember their name.
Why not get yourself some more rancid greggs wallpapers here…cause I don’t know about you, but I could stare at this disturbing image for most of my working day…and they’ve already shunned summer and moved straight to winter!
A giraffe has consumed the building next to our office!
For some reason all of last night and most of this morning, a john carpenter like fog crept around our flat…only to discover this morning that when you popped on the tube for 5 mins that it was actually sunny (except for a night of course, it just wasn’t foggy)
Poptarts have been located…I REPEAT poptarts have been located. A phone call from Eliza requesting “strawberry or chocolate?” I instantly replied chocolate not even knowing what was in store (literally). Asda in Summerston has delivered. No Umbongo though.
For some reason I’m craving things that apparently don’t exsist anymore. Keep an eye out in your shops for poptarts…I LOVE THEM. or I did in 1996. The chocolate ones. Farmfoods in Maryhill doesn’t have them…or um bongo…it’s not looking good.
