I must be averaging 2 pic nics a week…easy. Last night went onto the grounds of the vet school at anniesland. Huge open ground…tick. Trees…tick. River…tick. Squirrels…tick. had everything including some maddies jumping in the river. Had a blanket, sat in the sunshine did some doodling. results. awww.
Been doing alot of doodling of late. I’m not a veggie, but I have tried quorn…it did confuse me a little. Mostly cause I couldn’t figure out who sat down one night and thought…lets make meat, but out of vegetables!
Gotta love the sunshine. Arrived at work in shorts and wasn’t going to miss out. Wee wander round town with my camera. Look no clouds and lush blue sky…I LOVE IT!
The land before time…oh it takes me back. I think they made about 6 sequels…never seen them.
Great weekend. Nics birthday on friday so it’s been very much going ALL out. Out for dinner on Friday night to sartis. Ended up in the one on bath street after booking the one on renfield street then being advised otherwise. From there to the cinema to see transformers 2…I know…I know what a great boyfriend I am taking my girlfriend on her birthday to transformers. It went on for ages. Big robots fighting though so it’s a definite cinema see. Saturday just pottered about very lazily then out for silly cocktails and dancing on Saturday night in Oran mor. Shattered all day Sunday watched loads of crap films and generally did nothing. So back to work today for much busy busy but thought I’d get in something productive over lunch. 20 minute doodle and watercolour.
An easy solution to not having to draw those pesky arms and legs.

Well it was that time of year again. Stoney feein market. An excuse to go back to stonehaven and drink all day and go out dancing. I love it. Our now annual putting competition grew legs this year and we had all the equipment it could offer…great fun. Didn’t actually hang about the actual feein market that much this year. Ticked the box of having a pint outside the marine. Straight up to maccas for a bbq, where the weather held out. We had a good crowd of about 15 I think playing silly drinking games involving tequila which I’m starting to come round to.
Great banter, great food and all finished off with some comedy dancing in divas…stoneys local “club”. A belter.
What an Amazing weekend. For many reasons. Playing the biggest part was the amazing weather we’ve been having. Friday I had my works day out which consisted of adventure golf, bowling and silly amounts of booze. Saturday I went to a BBQ where I played with cats and dogs. Lots of people turned up on saturday night for more silly drinking outside. Yesterday I was at my nieces cheerleading competition in kelvinhaugh International sports area. between events sat about kelvin park with nic, my mum and sister drinking wine. Saunders stayed a 2nd night And I ended up at lock 27 for my dinner and drinking more till the early hours of this morning. Lots of good photos and banter…magic. Still, up bright and early this morn cause it’s cycle to work month…Off to a good start…well minus wearing padded shorts on one of the hottest days in an office with no air con.
