A truly inspirational piece of cinema…

Last night me and Macca. Glasgow Barrowlands. LCD Soundsytem. Loved it. Support from Prinzhorn Dance School not that exciting…seen them last time when me and Macca went and seen CSS. Thought there was going to be more people dancing about like idiots to be honest. We did try. Home Via Maccas Local chip Shop where they were just closing and gave us:
1 Massive battered haggis
1 bit of fish
2 battered Sausages
£3 the icing on the cake.
Go See LCD Soundsystem….Awesome!

Whoop. This was a bit of a random one. I stay not far away from Oran Mor and thought I might as well go. It sounded like a safe gig. Much fun was had. Alot of jingle Jangleness and some sore knees from that bounce thing you do when you can’t really be assed to jump properly. Eliza was in luck this gig as the first 6 rows consisted of girls roughly her height or smaller…so this gig she actually got to see…which was nice. Support was from Crash my model Car I did a little bit of research on them and found they had some minor success with a song which featured in the OC…which by the way I hate and Eliza loves. Sounded American were actually from the outer hebrides. What you gonna do?. Liked it. good gig. Much better than puressence who I seen there a few weeks back which were so awful they never even made blog.

A while ago now (we’re talking months) I threw out my old george foreman grill…purely for health and safety reason…I must have had it for about 4 years…it did well. At a loss, all of my condiments were screaming for use in the fridge. Talk of toastie occured on the way home between me and Eliza. We had to get to a gig and had to have T relatively sharpish…Fueled by toastie talk we got the bus straight up to Tesco Maryhill (lovely by the way, if you’ve never been) to find the closest/cheapest thing to a george foreman we could find. Shopping trip consisted of:
1 x tesco cheap imatation grill (so rubbish no-one put their name on it)
3 x onion
1 x jar gherkins
1 x brick of classic cheddar
2 x ham (deli of course)
1 x farmhouse batch loaf
=

They’re back! not in silly gold ones filled with caramel. Just a Wispa…awesome. Essentially just a dairy milk put through a soda stream…Brilliant.

Having recently fell off my push bike (insert stabiliser joke here) I thought before I get back on the horse I better get some proper gear that makes me invincible. So I’m in the process of getting full armour and a face guard. A small discovery while doing this was that I have the headsize of a medium infant…Ha!
